Without Simpler I would have been lost after coming to the Netherlands. Right from the beginning a great help with taxes, registration, tax remissions and many more. There are a lot of websites, institutions, documents, but with Simpler it's simple. I highly recommend them to everyone.

When I came to the Netherlands for the first time, I was confused at what institutions to approach with my requests (e.g. student loan). Luckily, a member of Simpler, Lucia, helped me with everything I needed and I had much more easier time than if I were to do it on my own.

I would recommend services of Simpler to anyone struggling with  the Dutch government. Simpler helped me with issues such as asking for tax reduction or student rent allowance. Letters which I received from the municipality e.g. for application for allowance are in the Dutch language,. I knew I could ask Simpler for help and they would answer my questions honestly in situations when I needed quick and reliable advice from students with experience in these topics.
